For over 33 years Kurt Gremley was the acquisition manager for Hillsborough County's Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP). Kurt has managed or cooperated on over 200 acquisitions for preservation, sites for special purpose facilities, park assemblages, recreational trail corridors, and utility easements as well as related agreements. Kurt managed all elements of the acquisitions from property identification, initial due diligence/valuation, contract negotiations and approval, transactions requirements and resolving any issues required for closing.
